    Right, but were you able to download the update? I got a notification but when I tried to update it kept me stuck with 10.2.0.429. (Q10 Wind Ottawa). Settings > Software Update > Check for Updates did not work when I removed the SIM card either.

    Their Facebook page had this response to a user complaint:
    "WIND Mobile Hi Murray, I'm sorry you haven't gotten the update yet, the technical team is releasing it gradually so as to prevent network clogging. I cannot give a time line though. ~Megan" (Friday, Jan 31, 2014 at 4:22pm)

    Sounds like we might have to be... "patient". (Gah!)

    I was able to update my Z10 the morning that 10.2.1 was released (Jan 28). No problems.
