greetings, my blackberry z30 wont turn on again. i turned it off at night but tried putting it on in the morning but it refuse to power. i even tried charging it for hours but the led is not indicating

Does it do anything... LED light up? Screen show anything? Have you tried other chargers and cables?

I got it brand new as a present. Is that the latest version for software update?
7.1.0.1033 ? I read that in a thread from 2013, thats why I am asking, and have no clue about BB.
My torch shows: 7.1.0.2807.
Would very much appriciate any help, thank you!

Edit; I wonder, I cannot find the "update software " option in my BB nowhere...why is that?
