Title says it all. I realize that the 9930 is only 3 g but it is capable up to 14mbit download speeds on Tmobile. My Tmobile bb9700 gives me a steady 2.1mb download speed and that is enough for me. The sprint 3G is awful! I only got 300-600kbits download speeds. I can live with at least a 1mbit download speed and if so, then I will purchase the BB9930 and activate on Verizon lines.
    Thanks.

When I had my 9650 I got about 100kB/s downloads (bytes). So that should be worthwhile.

I'm afraid 300-600kbps is about right for 3G CDMA, according to the benchmarks on mobilespeedtest.com. HSPA+ is quite a bit faster. Your best bet is to stick with T-Mobile or another GSM carrier with HSPA+ until Verizon (a) rolls out LTE in your region and (b) introduces a BB that can take advantage of it.
