I have a S2 that I am taking into the Corp Store to possibly exchange, however I have an invisible shield installed on the entire phone.

How do we deal with something like this on an exchange?

Sorry, the warranty does not cover accessories or add-ons. So you will not get reimbursed or a new one. So, unfortunately you lose that investment in your phone. Is it an exchange for a different device?

I may be mistaken, but most of these skin coverings (invisible shield, ghost armor) have lifetime warranties. I think all you have to do is email the manufacturer and request a replacement skin. They will usually impose a shipping charge, but will replace your skin for free as long as you return some of the old skin. I would pull the old skin off the phone before you replace it and save it in case the mfg wants you to return it. It should pull off fairly easily. Just take your time with it.
