    Thanks for you answer Heather , I really did not have a bill to look at still don't, lol .What happen was this
    What I got was those text alerts saying my bill was ready, I also have that VZW icon app on my phone to check out my account with. The only thing it said was "data use" and right at $15.00 and that was all .As you can see my first post was from my phone because not at a computer to check out bill, and also they did error once before , but they did correct it (cut me a check).I did try to call but can't take being on hold for long periods of time(and no i am not mad when I hang up from being on hold) so I called back. While waiting to get though I did check it out on a computer and saw nothing saying it was a game purchase so when I fianally got though I found this out and this was a "normal conversation tone" I did not "vent" on the person who answered I just wanted to now what was going on and to make sure no repeated "mistake".

    You should take it with a grain of salt due to the fact that you DID set yourself up for a good flame. Everyone has been pretty kind to you in that regard. If you'd been a noob or an unknown here... it would have been a LOT worse
    I have to say this is a different kind of user forum that I ever seen ,lol but as an NEW comment to this thread glad to hear your opinion , maybe I did

    With all due respect, your type of people are why associates in corp stores want to hang themselves, you come in ******** about some tiny charge that is your fault and act like that 15 dollars is going to be the difference between whether or not your babies eat tonight, and even when the billing issue is an error or misplaced charge etc, before calling you flip out as if the jerry springer style reaction is going to get anyone to help you.

    ....news for you people come in acting like you i tell them to leave and come back when thier asshat tendancies are worn off and then ill help you

    With all due respect to you if I could get out of my contract already I would because I have had more dropped calls in 3 months then I did with alltel in 3 years.... news for you I would not take that from you I tell you that right now if you was where i went to the vzw store (if you even work there that is)

    every carrier makes mistakes in billing its all automated, and if your dropping that many calls theres something wrong, ive never dropped a call on my phone exept for way back when my razr was malfunctioning back in the day, all im saing is it doesnt help anyone for people to fly off the handle, usually they will fix whats wrong, if you are nice, who wants to help people who are flipping out? ....and yes i do work for them, our policy at our particular store is i dont scream at u so your not allow to scream at me, so when in the store like that people get escorted out....have a nice day

    well the problem was I posted this thread and since once before they did overcharge but i did say the refunded it to ,lol I give them credit where credit is due . I think this has been my only real complaint others where questions well its been my only complaint that has gotten this many post to in this section .
    And really what got me more then anything was after i posted when I talked to on phone and it was never a scream then it was a question and answer NP it did not go there on the phone just this forum ,lol

    PS : but seriously I have had that many dropped calls I was not saying anything(but reading your first post prompted me to , lol) because I though it was the change over and hoping for improvement and I do live near a large city also.Also I am nice I always asked and let them explain before I question . As you can tell probably by my responses when I am challenged or "flamed" .. well my response in turn will be likewise but yeah now Im done

    First off like I said I made a statement that I had a added charge .
    That last part about them sneaking a charge in was kinda a j/k and stuff but....Then I told the truth when I found out and started geting flamed while if I had lied and said No they did mess up it would have never turned into this .

    I certainly can appriciate your concerns as I've had the situation before on my own verizon acct. Such as the time I had a $120 data charge that upset me greatly. I did find that it was usage due to playing a game that used data.
    There are certainly instances where the network can cause charges that are not correct. For example, fringe roaming.
    For the most part though billing errors are very few and far between.
    I just think that the post was a little hasty and of course I'm glad you were able to fix things up and figure out the charges.
    I know it can be confusing because verizon certainly consolidates all things data related to general "data"
    Now knowing this you will be able to look further in before having to call. And you are not the first nor the last to call regarding that. I get it all the time.
    I honestly think the best thing to do is just let this thread die because its just going around in circles and causing un needed arguments.
