    I have BB 9650 on verizon and I have visual voice mail which I've used in the past with
    no problems. However, recently, it hasn't been working. People have been calling and leaving messages
    and leaving messages but no VVM messages are appearing on my today screen. The only thing that
    happens is that I periodically get a message saying that the program is "unable to contact server, would you like to call voicemail?" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, unsubscribed and resubscribed to VVM and nothing works. What's going on and what can I do? Thanks!

    Call tech support, if there is a server error, either the provisioning is wrong on your account or there's an issue with the service. You also want to make sure that all the permissions for the VVM app are set to "Allow".
