i searched and couldn't find info on charges for the new Visual Voicemail app. I downloaded the app but didn't activate it as the prompt listed about charges to use the service.

what are the charges and did i sign up for it by downloading the app?

No airtime when you use it.

I dont think its worth it. I think it should be added to your monthly plan.

It's funny, I heard a Corp. VZW rep tell someone it was only a buck...I corrected him nicely...he didn't like it. The customer didn't sign up for it after they found out it was triple what the rep had said...oops.

Interesting - I've heard similar info given by corp reps - store - "VVM is included with that phone" or "VVM is well worth the 99!"

Like they were selling VM or RBT.

This can be arranged VZW will just aff 2.99 to your access plan. There will be a notice on your bill, so you get out of the contract as this would change your contract terms. of course this does take away your choice to use or not use the service

It's a neat feature, but not very practical. unless you lock your phone, anyone who gets your phone has your voicemails too. Much safer having to dial up and enter the pin.

I like it because it's slick and easy to use...no airtime. BUT not worth 3 bucks. If it was free I'd use it...I wouldn't even pay $1 a month.
