    Non-sense. Then the targeted provider is using 2nd flight cards, which is not unlikely. There is absolute no known practicable attack against the Ki in 3rd flight cards, and that number gets safe for another couple more decades if a PIN is also set on the SIM. Additionally, the better 3rd flight SIMs actually self-destruct after 65k failed decode attempts. Some by lock, some by breaking the clock signal generator. There is no currently known way to clone a 3GSM SIM card.
