    Yea I read that to. I'd be all for having no exclusives on phones. That would hurt ATT more then anybody I think.

    In theory, text messaging should be an included part of voice service. The problem with that theory is that texting reduces the voice usage, so test messaging charges help carriers recoup some message time.

    If I were in charge, I'd add text messaging into the nights/weekends promo scheme. Free texting during nights & weekends wouldn't hurt them any.
