    Hi All,

    I am receiving an error message when I attempt to complete a purchase using Verizon carrier billing. See error message below. I have called Verizon and I have been in contact with Tier 2 support. We are 3 newly activated Z30's I even paid the bill early, so I don't have a balance. LOL Any thoughts on this would be great. I have reloaded the OS on my phone and I am still not able to complete the transaction. Tier 2 said something about a limitation of this feature for 6 months. Not what I wanted to hear, but okay.

    Sounds like that's your answer, new accounts are unable to use carrier billing until they have been a customer with all bills paid on time for 6 months.
