    I switched from Sprint to Verizon when the Storm came out. I've signed into My Verizon about every day to check my bill since my billing cycle ends 12/20 (today) and it always says "your current balance is not available at this time" Just now I tried calling #768 to pay my bill and the recording says " you currently have no outstanding balance" What gives?

    Billing cycle may end today, but it takes a couple of days to for the system to generate the bill. Give 24-48 hours and it should show for you. If not, you will need to call them

    My billing cycle ends on the 21st of each month, and it takes about 5 to 7 days before I can view my bill online.

    I stand corrected (man enough to) it is 5-7 days. Just got the notification of my bill being redy yesterday. my cycle ends on the 16th.

    This is why I am tech support and not CS
