It's either $15 or $30 for the sevice depending on the data pkg you have for your blackberry.

Install the VZAccess Manager software that came with your Curve, follow the directions to install, plug in your Curve with the usb cable and you're on your way.

VZW is also running a free month trial of the Broadband Access Connect (tethering) service right now.

Thats if you add a data package to a regular plan. I got to playin around on the verzion website the other day and pricing plans and found something out.

If you get a regular voice plan and add a data plan then yes the broadband price depends on if you have BIS or BES, BUT if you get an actually BB plan it gives you the option of tethering for $15/month.

I got to doing the math and figured out that the BB plan is only like $2/month more (including my discount, which is the same for either plan) than adding BIS to a voice plan.
