Does anyone know if I traded my Storm for an unlocked Bold if it would work with VZW?

Wow...ummm where to begin...The Bold is a GSM phone, meaning it wont work on verizon. And also, Verizon doesn't sell the Bold(not yet at least) so you wouldn't be able to trade the Storm for it.

I wasn't sure about the GSM CDMA thing but figured it wouldn't work out that way. Also, I am well aware that Verizon does not sell the Bold. I was speaking of a private party trade. Thanks.

"Unlocked" is the key word here. You don't "unlock" CDMA devices, nor can you run AT&T or T-Mobile devices on the VZW/Sprint/USCell networks.

Is it possible to run a Sprint Blackberry on the Verizon Network? I have Verizon but my dad has a corporate plan with Sprint and can get a Blackberry for me super cheap.

It is, if VZW will let you. I don't believe they will.

As for super-cheap, Costco & Sam's Club kiosks have VZW 8330s for free. Well, at least in my area, they do. Your price may vary.
