I'm on a 900 Nationwide single line plan. When I setup my account online I noticed there wasn't an option for unlimited messaging. So I went with the Unlimited Mobile to Mobile Messaging PLUS 5000 additional messages. Is there an option for unlimited text messaging all around?

Yeah for the same amount you're paying now (even cheaper if you have an employee discount). It's called 900 nationwide select.

    900 Nationwide basic=59.99
900 Nationwide select (unlimited text)=79.99 so the same 20 you're paying now for your bundle.

You don't even have to call. Just change your plan online from nationwide basic to nationwide select and when you get to the features section select no text bundle.

Thanks for all the help guys! When I go to change my plan it says " There are no plans compatible with your phone. Please Upgrade your phone first, then change your plan." Is this because I haven't got my first bill yet?

It could be. With the backdating it can be a little more difficult on a first bill so you might have to call. But any rep worth their salt will know exactly what you're talking about and it just makes sense to do what you're doing since it's the same price for unl v. 5000 out of network.
