    I've been raking my brains and not getting anywhere. I'm trying to log into the BIS site to edit some email settings but none of my user/passes that I normally use work. I used the send password function and the email said no account was setup. So I then tried to set one up but it errors and says an account is setup for my pin. WTH am I doing wrong?

    THe reason for this that you set emauil from the phone the first time around. Here is what you need to do.

    1. Call VZW

    2. have them convert the account to a user name and password for you. have them set the password to verizon temporarily

    3. login

    4. Revalidate the email source, so make sure you know your email password before you do this.

    5. make other changes you need to do.

    6. change your password again

    That or call VZW and ask for BlackBerry Tech Support and get your original login info.

    FYI my friend.

    1. VZW does not a special group for BB tech support -

    2. VZW will not transfer to RIM for this info either as it can be handle by VZW tech support and resolved.
