    Hi all,

    So I have the Verizon Tour and I added the PTT to my account but when I try to download the software from the application center if constantly gives me the error message "The system was unable to process your request, please try again later". I have tried waiting a while and trying again. I've also tried a battery pull and resending the service books all with no success. Anyone know what could be causing this issue or how to resolve it?
    The odd part is I installed it on other bb tours for my friends with no problem but when I went to do it for my own I canr get it to work. Just my luck lol

    What OS version is on the device?

    Go to Browser-options-browser configuration-browser identification and make sure it says BlackBerry.
