    I'm having trouble syncing my 8330 to my MS Outlook 2007. The error that continues to pop up is "Your computer must be connected to the Internet in order to initially configure synchronization settings. Please ensure that you are able to connect to the Internet and try again."

    My internet connection is on and I cannot get around this error. Any suggestions for this newbie?

    Note: I have the 8330, not the 8830 as my title states.

    I just got my new 8120 and installed v. 4.3.0.17 DM and had the same problem. No sync. I called T-Mobile tech support and they have no solution other than to tell me to uninstall and reinstall the software, which i have done 5 times now. Has anyone else come across this and survived?
