    We always get posts from people smashing there reps well I received spectacular customer service from Verizon this weekend !
    After doing the wireless upgrade on my bold it basically froze the wrong settings on my business e-mail which is my life blood. I called my rep who was on vacation 2 states away and in the amusement park with his wife and kids. He sets me up with his home office tech and where in a conference call with Verizon and RIM in a flash !
    My problem was solved and I received grade A + customer service from Verizon !
