    I just want to extend a huge thanks to the Verizon CSRs. I got my tour today by adding a line at bestbuy and when I got home the first CSR I talked to help me out by swapping my tour to my primary line and then putting my curve on my new line so I could transfer my emails. The second CSR I talked to in tech support was awesome at helping me get my old email addresses onto my new tour, she even helped my set up my BIS account for the web and made sure I sent her reply emails to confirm that my tour email was working.

    So thanks to the friendly CSRs at verizon! Keep up the great work!
