    lets review every time i use my phone to make a call it works on Tmo's "substandard" network without an issue
    when i want to use data its there
    when i want to use my gps its there free of charge
    tethering? free
    when i call CS with an issue its resolved
    i pay less and get more with Tmo
    so you fellas keep patting each other on the back about getting free phones...most of you probably already paid for those free phones with all the overcharging verizon does

    geesh. first off, i'm glad that you're happy with t-mobile, i'm sure it's working great for you. to each their own.

    the original poster is just expressing his happiness in being able to get his phone switched and stating that he's getting what he's paying for. is it wrong that he's happy with his curve and that he's just expressing his appreciation to a company that will help him out?

    I don't know what it is about this forum but there always seems to be a smart ***... if you will that wants to make non-constructive posts. Never seen anything like it myself.

    if a person is happy for having the ability to switch bb without paying a thing and getting good cs by all means I know I am going to mention it and your not a vz carrier but a tm by all means your happy wit them so its the same thing

    T mobile works great in most areas of the 5 boroughs.
    On the Island though...not so much dude
    I had a sidekick for about a year along side my verizon cell phone (only used the sidekick for internet, AIM etc) and Id always compare the two as far as reception goes and no matter where I was, guess what?? Verizon always had at least 2 bars more reception. Im happy you like T mobile, like I said, it works great in the city. I got rid of my sidekick after a year because the data coverage was horrible around here. Im happy with Verizon, your happy with T mobile...I guess in the end it boils down to the fact that were both happy right? Not that one is better than the other

    Nice!! Comgrats. I love Verizon as well, been with them for about 7yrs now. Can't complain one bit, they always take care of me when I need it.

    I've been with verizon for 4 months now. I've had 2 bb's! The 1st wiped everything by itself. I really don't know how it did. But, I've had no problems with them. Well at 1st I did with the 1st cell I got. But, all in all no problems.

    When I added a phone line to my account, VZW included internet service on the line even though the phone was a piece of junk flip phone. I didn't realize it until almost a year later. The person never uses internet service on that dumb phone, and I was surprised to see I had been paying $15/month for service I didn't ask for.

    After verifying that the phone has never used the internet, VZW gave me credit for 3 months ($15 x 3 = $45). I wanted full credit, but never expected more than what I got anyway.

    I'm feeling slightly better than neutral about VZW's customer service at this point.

    Glad to hear they helped some. ALways check your first bill or online after you make changes. This will save you a big headache in the future.

    Dittos, I have had two Voyagers within 6 months. Just switched to a BB and very glad I did. Verizon CSRs are great, can't ask for better! Although I'm in an area where US Cellular does have better service, but they ticked me off about 7 or 8 years ago and been with Verizon ever since.

    I had an 8830 for 4 months... loved it but the low memory and not having a camera got annoying after a while so i called VZW and after explaining my dissatisfaction with the memory issues to the CSR and i asked her to downgrade me to the curve ( I personally think the Curve is an upgrade but since its a cheaper phone in terms of cost its considered a downgrade) so she said she would be able to allow me to purchase it at the 2 year price but didnt think she would be able to just swap it out.... so i explained to her that it would cost me more to do that then it would to just cancel my contract and get a curve from tmobile for 50$ with a 1yr contract....so she said she didnt think she would be able to get it swapped but since i had been with vzw for a long time now she would speak with her manager and see what she could do sooo after holding for 15 mins.... she comes back and tells me that her manager has approved the swap and that she was going to be shipping out my new curve!!!

    Ne ways i got it and i loveeeeee it!!! now i can finally participate in the scavenger hunt thread!!! LOL
