Last I saw I was thinking they raised it to like $375 or something. I believe, though, the closer you get to the end of your contract it goes down, but I'm not entirely sure of that.

If your contract is from Dec 08, you would qualify for an ETF of $175 less $5/mo for each paid month of your present contract. The $350 was just started a few months ago and applies to new contracts started after that date.

If I remember right it was 11/15/2009. So the OP is fine.

If you've had the 9530 since Dec 08, you're at least 13 months into your contract. If you want to terminate it, it's going to cost you $175 less $5 for each month you've been under contract and in good standing with VZW.

The $350 ETF applies to those who have recently purchased a smartphone from VZW and want to end their contract early. From what you've posted, that doesn't apply to you. Read your contract.

Are your plans to drop Verizon altogether? If so you will have an ETF for every phone on the Family plan that is still under contract.

If you take off the $5 per month since your contract started - I am sure you can do the math. Keep in mind that that the minimum ETF would be $60. If you are not sure how much it would be, call CS at your carrier and ask them, they will tell you.
