And no, I have NO desire to be 36 again. Life seems to be speeding up as I get older, but I'm too busy to worry about it much.
I have a good friend who claims that between 29 and 30 were the best ten years of her life!

I've run into the occasional Geek-granny on a call, and I have to say it's the coolest thing ever. Especially ones that like to geek-gossip about the storm.

No, no, no - I had many things at 36 that I no longer have. I also didn't have things that I did have at 56. No gray hair for me, though. Then again, at 36, I actually had hair - gray might be an improvement.

Oh go away with that AARP stuff. I don't have the card. I mean, I got mailed one, but I promptly tore it up.

This I did not know. Cool. And speaking of tearing things up, who among us has burned a bra or draft card in their wild and misspent youth? I will admit to burning one of those things.

I tore a bra or two, if I can remember that far back.

They didn't have to draft me though. Went willingly and was honored to do so.

Didn't need to destroy draft card, the draft had just been put on hold (1973).
