    Hello,

    I currently have a storm and up until a month ago had no real issues. In the past month I have been unable to answer my incoming calls. I can see who is calling but can't answer. I have wait for the call to end and then call the person back. This is quite frustrating and a hassle especially when you're expected to be on-call 24/7.

    I called Verizon and was told that I am eliglible for an early upgrade but not my new every two until January. I'm content with paying $150 for the Tour but was wondering on the level of difficulty of transferring the items from the storm to the tour. Would I have to create a back-up file in DM and then upload it to the Tour or could the store take care of that?

    I appreciate any help or information you could provide. Thank you in advance and I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum.

    Do the back up then switch devices. Some stores can do it for you but a lot of those won't and why put yourself thru the headache of waiting in store hell?
