    I received a flyer offering me an early upgrade on one of the phones on my account. My question is, if I order via phone, can they put it on my account like they do at the store, or will I have to pay via credit card if I do a phone order? Thanks.

    As long as your account is current, then yes. However, don't be offended if they ask you to pay for it up front. Cust service reps don't get paid a comission, they are just following their protocol.

    If you request to put the cost of the new equipment on your bill, they will do it.

    Awesome - thanks! I had my credit card # stolen before when doing a phone order on something (not Verizon) so I avoid it whenever possible now.
