Unlimited data and unlimited text (and nights and weekends, but I'm assuming that is included)? I remember the cheapest price used to be $90/month (including BIS). Did the price drops impact this any?

Nope not at all. Only (to the extent relevant to this post) affected the price of unlimited plans

I was tempted to bump up to the unlimited, until I found out I would then lose my corp discount. And besides I'm under my minutes.

why would you lose your corp discount with unlimited?? why would they do that?

They claim the unlimited plans are already heavily discounted so they do not allow it. That is the only reason I will never get those plans.... and the fact that I use around 100 minutes total per month haha. But, I'd prefer to have unlimited so I never have to worry about overages.

Unlimited don't qualify (and haven't) for corp discounts because they are already discounted. Take the single lines for example, even on the old pricing the unlimited plan was only $20 more than the 1350. It was a $20 progression per 450 min. 450 for $39, 900 for $59, 1350 for $79 and unlimited for $99. Keeping with the trend would suggest for $99 you'd get 1800 minutes, but for $99 you could use as many thousand as you'd like. That's why.

And now with the unlimited being only $10 more than the 900? It's definitely already heavily discounted.

Just so I don't have to make a new topic: What's the cheapest unlimited data/unlimited text plan with a Droid? I'm assuming it would be $30/month less than a BB plan.

You would assume wrong. $120 is the cheapest unlimited everything plan on a Droid. $70 for the minutes, $20 for the text and $30 for the data.

    Droids require data.

It requires the same extra $30 a month that BBs have? I could have sworn there was a $90/month unlimited data/text BB plan with 450 minutes.

All Blackberry/PDA/Smartphone data is $30/mo. With 450 minutes, then yeah you'd be looking at $90. You mentioned unlimited minutes........so that's where the $120 came from.

Well damn. Sprint still punishes the **** out of Verizon (unlimited data, text, mobile-to-mobile, nights and weekends, and 450 minutes for $70). And I only mentioned unlimited text/data in the Droid post.

Too bad those two companies dont care enough about sprint to really make a difference.

We go through this ALL THE TIME.....seriously. Everyone knows sprint is the cheapest, why is it always a surprise?

I imagine Sprint, being the only other nationwide CDMA carrier of note right now, is too useful to punish.
