    Are any other Verizon customers having a problem with slow BIS? For the last two days everything has been really slow on my Curve 8330. When I attempt to open a web page with the BB browser it takes a full two to three minutes for a page to load; I just see Requesting... at the bottom of the screen, and the progress bar goes all the way across the screen at least once (sometimes twice) before the page will even start to appear. Then once it starts loading it is quite a bit slower than normal.

    My other apps are also slow; I am using Viigo, UberTwitter, and BeWeather, and with all three they take much, much longer to update or refresh than they used to.

    I've done a battery pull but haven't noticed any improvement.

    Any suggestions?

    Did you install any app just before noticing this problem?

    The only thing that changed recently was that Verizon pushed the contacts backup app to my BlackBerry, I'm not sure if that could've caused it.

    I actually just resent my service books and the speed seems to be back to normal. Hopefully that will do it.
