When I go into my mobile network settings it says "the SIM card hasn't been provisioned for service ". When I pull down the quick settings menu, opposite the date it says "service not provisioned ". It's weird because the phone is still working (using it to send this) but everything is extremely slow accessing the internet. I'm only getting a 1X voice /data signal. I'm on and have been running it without issue since it leaked. I have unlimited data with vzw.

Now it has changed from 1X to 3G but still says service not provisioned. Very weird...

have you tried calling your carrier representative? It appears to me that it has something to do on their part. But be prepared with the questions of what transpires before you encounter this error message.

I just rebooted again and after initially saying service not provisioned, it's now back to 4G LTE and seemingly ok for the moment.

If in case that it occurs again, it seems that you're having a faulty SIM, you may opt to ask your carrier for a sim replacement.

I just saw that same message on my phone?! It only showed when I scrolled the screen from sleep, once I clicked on something it doesn't say it... I think it may have something to do with no wifi here? Its on the cell network only at work.
