After VZW update this week for Z10, when I go to remote file access on BlackBerry Link, it says no OS10 devices are registered in BlackBerry ID, even though I can go to BlackBerry World and see my Z10 there, and I've even gone into BlackBerry ID and updated account info, sighed out and in on both device and link. Anybody else have this issue, or a fix?

There was also an update for Link not that long ago. I suggest you uninstall your version and install the new version of Link.

I had a similar situation previously and managed to resolve by completely removing link from my pc, reinstalling it and then doing the set up process once again.

This, and disable the relevant settings on your device and re-enable them as well.

Do you have these options enabled?

And make sure the Wi-Fi network on your device is the same as on the desktop.

And be sure to have BlackBerry Link open on your desktop.

Thanks all. Yes, I have all if those settings appropriately set as suggested. Same wifi as well. It's a mystery. Seems related to new Z10STL100-4/10.2.1.3253

It doesn't always do the trick. Sometimes it's just a matter of repeating the steps until it does connect. Have you also tried to logout of BlackBerry Link and login and then try to connect? You could also try to remove your device from BlackBerry Link and then add it again. It's hit or miss anyway.

I uninstalled BlackBerry Link, rebooted my pc. Installed it again and remote file access started working again.

Did you have to set it up on your device also, or just the desktop side of things? Perhaps OP can try this?

I'm not sure how to un install Link on my Z10. I did uninstall Link from computer, rebooted, reinstalled, several times. I did notice that under Accounts on the Z that there used to be a Link account listed, but it's not there anymore, even after all the uninstall, reinstall attempts.
Under System Settings, BlackBerry Link does appear, and my computer is listed, but when I select it, it says unable to access files.
I fear a wipe might be needed - noo!

If you do wipe the phone, don't forget to back up important data Sorry I couldn't be of more help. I can't think of anything else beyond this point.
