    you know what? I am going to xfer every one of my calls until i get to you. I will also just mute my mic and never accually xfer the call, that way nobody will know I am xfering my calls lol.

    Just took a call on the droid... Apparently, according to this customer and unless I missed something blatant, you can't assign individual contacts their own ringtones.

    I didn't really like the droid training. I think it would be more helpful if they would just let us play with one to get used to using it as opposed to showing us a limited number of screen shots and a tutorial for bacis functions.

    Yeah, me either. I wish they would though. It's unfair to us a reps because we're expected to fix the phones in a timely manner and its unfair to the custies because they expect to call in and speak with someone that knows what they're doing.

    During training the only real phones I was able to play with, were a moto Q and a blackberry 8700, if I didnt already have a 8330 I would really be lost looking at all the screen shots and emulators just dont do enough. I would really enjoy hands on with a droid, but really they cant afford it cause I know a class of 30-40 some one would steal it, break it or some thing...

    Maybe we should take a field trip to a store and play with one there. Haha. But in a building that won't even let us off the phones for fire drills, I doubt that idea would ever fly.

    I am 99% sure seeing and playing with more phones would help reps alot! I have not taken a droid call yet but I am sure it wont be short and easy

    I've taken a few and I can tell you, the training we got didn't help at all with fixing their issues. Mine was short but only because I stumbled across the answer on accident
