    Okay, at least then I wouldn't have to do overtime!
    I'm dreading tomorrow because everyone with a slightest glitch in their storm is going to call demanding a S2 and the stores are going to be calling all day like the dorks they are asking if we can override things as well as supe calls where Mikey just says no and I sit in the background and giggle incessantly.
    Oh yeah $20 per ticket. 6mo tenure required.

    I wonder how Boise handles the 360 feedbacks? I KNOW I've done plenty haha..
    We dont have 360 as far as I know... I have issues with a ccare rep or another dept I generally screen shot the call to my supervisor and he takes care of it. I generally send him callbacks from boise reps who didnt do their jobs... I will get a call... and EASY call, mind you... and the last rep was boise and did something totally idiotic and didnt resolve; told the customer to go to the store or basically just didnt resolve the issue. screenshot/email/poof... to my supe who then has that persons supe coach to proper call handling call sequencing ect.
    I have to do at least one a day.

    YAY, only one more day of OT til midnight. I deffenatly underestimated how terrible this place is when you are here for 14 hours, then go home for 9 just to be back here for another 14. Two weeks straight of that kills. It'll be a nice pay check though.

    My bad.. I meant how does Boise handle internal's 360 Feedback that was submitted on Boise tech? There is a place for WDS in our 360 forms.. We use it on some of the really stupid calls haha..
