    Anyone else realise that sometimes you can go to admin site pull up a vzw.blackberry.net email and only some of the time it will let you change their password? Any reason for this?

    I think tho its the newer bis accts let you do the pw chg

    So today is day 2 of customer service appreciation week. We're not even customer service here- we're tech support. And I have to say, the free stuff they keep handing out makes me feel SO appreciated. lol.

    I'm going to derail for a second... Has anyone else ever felt like they're the only ones who know anything among the people they work with? Some of the reps here can't match the skus on the back of a box with the SAME sku in the inventory overflow boxes in the back. Or don't know alphabetical order. Or can't be bothered to build a box for a new inventory item. Or pull up manuals to do manual programming. D:< This has happened at EVERY job I've worked at. Why? WHY!?

    I've found that too.. a lot of people are just lazy and just show up to get a paycheck.
