Ok, so sorry if this has ever been asked before, but I couldn't find it. Does annual upgrade eligibility come off of how much your plan costs, or how much you actually pay for it? Example- I have an 18 percent discount on voice on my line. My plan is 450 select. Would the fact that my 60 dollar plan is not actually costing me 60 dollars disqualify my from an annual upgrade?

Im on Sprint and I have the 1500 unlimited data share plan that costs 129.99 plus tax. I only pay 108 before tax for the plan. I still get upgrades every 12 months on my primary line. And all the other benefits
