So, I have Verizon and im paying the $30/month data package (have a BB Storm). What exactly does this entail? Im getting confused about the pop-ups Im getting about, "this requires data..." and not sure if Im covered?

Anyone have Verizon and this package able to help me out?

But it doesn't include text (SMS) or multimedia messages (MMS). I believe Verizon calls it text/pix/flix. You need to add a text plan in addition to the voice plan and data/email plan.

Yeah, but you already get unlimited data w/the data/email plan, so you're basically paying $15 a month for unlimited SMS/MMS.

Seems to me they could discount it since it's kind of like paying for duplicate service. No?

i think at this point they should just call sms and mms data services, wrap it into the data plan and be done with it.
