    Anyone having issues with their BIS and yahoo email? I havent gotten emails since around noon. Have resent service books 3 times and done a quick pull.

    Am now getting told that my username and password are wrong when I go to resend service books even though I am sure they are right.

    huge outtage. You can't get emails / login to the bis / we cannot login to the admin site here in support, so don't waste your time calling us

    I use gmail and I don't seem to be getting anything either. I can't even log into email settings fromy phone. It says there's an error connecting to the server.

    I don't think its specific to yahoo. I use gmail and having same problem. I believe its all BB's not carrier specific either. A few other threads out there about the same thing. Just going to have to wait it out...

    **UPDATE**

    My email is back up and working now. Be patient as it takes a few minutes to get all your emails (depending on traffic)

    I haven't experienced any problem here in PA. I've been receiving and sending emails all day from all my accounts without any problems. Also, after the previous poster said that they were having problems logging into their BIS account, I tried mine and was able to log in.

    nah, a lot of people still are not recieving. I am not getting them on my BB either, still.. but I am with Sprint..

    How do you resend a service book. My email is down as well.. Also where can I find this vendor file that needs to be deleted when you upgrade the OS? All of these answers would be greatly appreciated..

    you can resend service books from your BIS page, or from your email settings page through your blackberry....the vendor file is located C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader then locate the Vendor file....i wouldn't recommend this unless you know what your doing. Their is a tutorial on this site somewhere (i'm new here).
