    I avoid calling cust. service at all costs. its a total waste of time and If you guys treat our customers the way you treat us, I'm surprised we keep anybody.
    How do we treat you? I'm surprised that we keep customers with some of the things that store reps do .

    I was told by a supervisor in a call center that VZW bought out US cellular and therefore we couldnt set up port requests to replace temporary numbers.

    What do you do to get hung up on?

    I don't know how many times I get the call "Yeah the reps at the store told me you'd credit me?"
