    Hi folks,

I'm thinking of cancelling my Verizon plans and switching to another carrier. I want to activate a couple of old phones on those accounts so my "good" phones don't get blocked (I need to sell them to pay for the ETFs!). My questions is, do I have to have those old phones on the account for a specified period of time before I can cancel?

    Thanks a bunch.

They are held up or blocked until the plan cancels which is the end of the bill cycle.

You don't need to have them on there for a set amount of time.
