Today,I have got 2 calls where the phone replaced the pin number with a "0" after the upgrade. Is there a way to get the right pin number back on the phone?

This happens when the user registers the new phone and since its a different device it 0's out the pin in the BIS admin. It should fix just by removing the esn, leaving the pin as 0 and then save. than put in the new pin and the esn and save again. send service books. That usually works for me.
