    Sold my 8703e and the person is getting the message "PIN already exits for this account". I think it has to do with the sync, but could be wrong. Any suggestions. The person thinks I have to call Verizon to have them reset the PIN, and ESN.

    I believe that is also correct. You need to call Verizon.

    Yes, I did the same thing. All you need to do is call VZW tech support and they will reset the PIN.
