    all of our passwords were changed for our Outlook using Microsoft Exchange and now no one is able to get emails on their blackberry's. We went through email settings on the blackberry and enter the user name and new password and says unable to validate. Verizon was helpful to a point, now they say the issue is on our end. Any suggestions. My guess is the server is not recognizing the new password. We have tried using our old passwords to test and that will not validate either. HELP!!!

    After an attempt or two, it should give you the option to give all the info yourself. You should be able to get it from your IT dept.
