    Very happy to see you had a good resolution but if you ever want to come to Sprint I have found them quite good. P.S. I too assume ,as I am sure did,that the insurance was on the phone as was the usual way your account was...so i guess moral or the story dont ever leave without getting that part in writing,,,good lesson

    My replacement from insurance was awesome. Looked brand new when I got a replacement pearl. I still have confidence in the insurance program and refuse to remove it from my account.

    And cut and pasting from OneSource onto a message board is never a good idea...you seem like a clever guy, you know there's a confidentiality statement at the bottom of all those posts. That's what a VZW rep told me.

    Call national support and explain. They always help me out. I received a VZW test phone by mistake that wouldn't activate as a replacement. They sent me another one and had it the next day.
