    the rep said they would just bill it to my account. I haven't seen anyone else on here have/use that option. Is this a courtesy or a disservice? Meaning, will that allow Verizon to take as long as they'd like with my order or was he just being nice?

    yes they charged my storm to my account and i have not been billed yet but it should be coming any day now.

    I am what verizon terms as a VIP customer which means you are afforded options that regular customers do not recieve I also get 25% off all in store accesories. for whatever it is worth. And yes I charged my storm on my account.

    I done that several times. Its a really awesome feature to be able to use. Especially if you're a crackberry addict and want your fix ASAP and don't exactly have the money! Haha

    Verizon Wireless offers BTA limits of 250 per line but for storms they offered a little higher pricing of 425 due to the MIR and accessories for a limited time. It definately is a nice benefit to be able to bill to the account and pay off at a later time when you get paid.
