    Hello everyone,

    Thanks for your help in advance. Yesterday I upgraded from the 7250 to the 8703e and the email was working fine. Today, though, I received one email and nothing else. I tried resending service books and a battery pull and that didn't work. Does anybody have any suggestions?

    Since you tried sending the service books and did a battery pull, I'd give Verizon a call and see if the can figure it out. Sometimes they can reset the data and get it working again.

    Its odd but sometimes going into the BIS settings of the account and just reentering the passcodes resets it for me and gets it working again. Thats true of all the BIS emails not just gmail.
