    I got an 8330 with verizon and I haven't been receiving my emails for the past 5 days. Also I haven't been able to do mms for the past few months. Can anyone help me with what's going on? Any help would be greatly appreaciated! Thanks!

    This could be a few things. In order to get them all resolved, I would call VZW - 800-922-0204 and have them check the account to make sure all features are in line and get everything working for you. Email might work again. update your PRL - *228 opt 2. Then do a battery reset.

    thanks i'll do that, i'm also going to be close to a verizon store today. if i go in would they be able to do anything to help?

    Maybe, but calling in would be more effective as tech has access to tools that a store does not have to resolve the concerns you are having
