I am trying to forward a MMS and get the mssg "No MMS service record, message cannot be sent. You will only be able to Save Draft"
Anyone seen this? How to fix it? I can't remember the *XXX prompt to reset the phone from Verizon.

Ok just got off phone with Verizon.

They had me go into options>advanced options>Service books from there delete all service books except for provisional (won't allow to delete) then log into blackberry.com/go/vzw and resend service books to phone. After this I can now send/receive MMS no problems.

i called my carrier they said there is nothing they can do
because its an unlocked BB thats not originally from them.
even though i have a data plan & MMS service with them.

    Thats what happens...
You could go as far as hard resetting the device(after a backup of course) and then setting everything up again...
Before that try Batt pull 3 times, register host routing, delete service books, resend service books, pray to whatever god you believe in....
    This often works for me

I used JL_cmd to do a flash reset. & ill admit the softwear actully works better.
I used the softwear update right after.
But I didn't get the mms service book sent to my phone. I had to actully put a rogers sim card into my phone to get the MMS back in service book.
I don't even see an option on the phone to change the APN settings. To enter the Messaging server (URL).
