    Sorry but as far as I know, that can't be done from a Samsung Alias 2. I'd be glad to type anything on my Phone Info screen if that's what you're looking for though.

    so is verizon still adding new towers these days? are alltel's towers working w vzn's phones now.

    i just wonder if there is any hope my signal at home will ever get better. i drop calls everytime i go through certain spots on my way home.

    Is there any significance to the PRL number? I last updated the PRL on 3/13/09. That was 51284. Today's is 51425. It seems unlikely that's a serial count.

    I don't know why they are not sequential but the number is probably only significant to the internal systems at Verizon. As far as the device goes it is merely a reference number.
