My company has 12 lines on a verizon plan. 3 of the lines are primary lines and eligible for NE2. When I log on to the account (I control all the cell phones) it shows one of the primary lines is eligible for New Every Two on 1/28/11. I'm still confused when I see a lot of people say a primary line can upgrade every year. Does that mean that that line will actually be eligible on 1/28/10 or will the line actually have to wait until 2011?

New every two is every 20 months, you get an annual upgrade every 12 months and a $20 fee may apply.

Thanks. So since the actual 12 months will be up on May 28th 2010 you are saying it would be eligible for upgrade and a $20 fee may apply at that time.

No the phone was new in May of 2009 so the 20 month upgrade would actually be Jan of 2011. I was wondering when the 12 month would fall as you look on the website and the little bar graph thing they have for the 24 month period show it currently at the 12 month mark but Jan of 2010 will actually only be 8 months. I was wondering if Verizon went by the bar graph thing or if they would use the actual 12 month mark which would be May of 2010. I was also confused as to if there really was an upgrade option at the one year mark for a primary line and the other poster said it was but a fee may apply.

You don't know how bad I wish your math would have been right! Thanks for the help. Never asked a question on here that I didn't get an answer to quickly.
