    I've only had Sprint and Att&t bb's so I've never had this issue.

    I have a friend who is not able to send emails to an email address that they can get emails from. This is the only address that they have had trouble with sending email to. The have their own domain if that makes any difference. I asked around about this and I'm being told (please correct me if I'm wrong) that they will need to set up their email as an IMAP and that's where I'm running in to trouble getting them help. I can find info on setting a pop account but, not an IMAP one. It shows the set up as being to enter in pop.mydomain.com should I tell her to set hers up as imap.mydomain.com She's wanting some easy steps to get this all set up.
