    First off I'm VERY happy with Verizon. I do have a suggestion for the MY VERIZON app pushed onto my Storm 9530. How about adding a Contact Customer Service Live or via Email? Until that time could a rep possibly explain to me why every (and I mean EVERY) night my service will go from 3 or 4 bars to an x to an sos? These changes occur while the phone is stationary (in my hand while reading or watching tv) not while phone is moving around. Perplexing. As I rely on you for my ONLY phone service (yep - love you so mich that I don't have a landline) I certainly hope to not need EMT services for a heartattack or something.... LOL

    for starters, what kind of phone, plan do you have, and 911 always works, if its a storm it could be set to global.
