    I am a indirect agent I just got the go Ahead that I can bring my personal number to the employee line. And I have my new pearl here and waiting but my rep. Wont return my calls. Its driving me nuts. any other agents have this issue?

    Yea I have had this problem before. I wanted an early upgrade so I could get a BB instead of my broken u740. You would think since you sell their product that they would at lease be somewhat compelled to help you out. Well, they aren't. No matter how much money you make the company, they still won't help you. Another employee bought the voyager for full price, and the rep told her she could put it on her concession line. When it came down to it, she was unable to. Moral of the story, don't trust your reps, or expect them to help you out.
