    My headphone jack is intermittent on my storm2. I'm under one year so the phone will probably be replaced. Does Verizon migrate all my apps? What happens to those apps that are locked to a PIN? I'm wondering how much work & pain occurs when switching physical phones.

    Depends on where you buy the apps from. When I switched from my Tour to my Bold I used the Desktop Software device switch manager and all of my apps (both free and purchased) were installed on my new Bold. As I had purchased all of my paid apps from Mobihand, it was simple to go into my account with them and change to my new PIN number. I was then provided with new authorization codes (if necessary) for the paid apps on my new Bold via email.
    I would not bother with Verizon, they would be of very little help if you had problems.
